What information do you need to prepare a proposal?

Can Eskadra coordinate approvals with the exhibition venue?
We prepare project documentation and coordinate technical requirements with the exhibition venue. The exact submission process and approval scope depend on the event.
Do you build stands outside Dubai?
Eskadra serves exhibition venues across the UAE. Projects in other countries are assessed individually based on venue requirements, logistics and the delivery team available for that show.
When should we start planning our stand?
Once the exhibition and stand space are confirmed, share the dates and floorplan. The available design and approval time varies by event and venue.
